WAOH-LP channel 29 in Akron, Ohio and W35AX channel 35 in Cleveland, Ohio are low power Class A television stations serving the Akron/Cleveland market. The stations broadcast identical programming and operate out of facilities just east of Kent in Franklin Township, which are shared with radio stations WNIR (FM) and WJMP (AM), all of which are owned by Media-Com, Inc.

WAOH and W35AX broadcast under Class A low power television licenses, although neither has a CA suffix in its call sign. While WAOH can be received in most of the Akron area, W35AX is only received in the western and southern portions of Greater Cleveland. WAOH has some cable carriage, most notably on Time Warner Cable's Akron system (position 14). W35AX is not carried on cable in the bulk of the Cleveland area.

WAOH was originally licensed on July 14, 1987 as W29AI, and did not sign on until 1990. It became WAOH on August 21, 1995. W35AX was licensed on November 30, 1989 and signed on in 1996 as a simulcast of WAOH-LP.

The stations are currently affiliated with the Retro Television Network and broadcasts a schedule of classic television programs along with a few locally-produced programs, such as the Son of Ghoul. Prior to June 1, 2009, they were affiliated with the America One network, with the branding of "The CAT" (for Cleveland Akron Television).

W35AX has applied to the FCC to flash-cut their signal to digital on Channel 16, and will operate as a digital class a station with an effected radiated power of 16KW. The new coverage area will allow coverage of most of WAOH and W35AX's viewing area. WAOH-LP has not applied for a digital signal.
