Take Me to Your Heart is the sixth album of the Danish soft rock band Michael Learns to Rock. It was released on New Year's, 2004.

The title song, "Take Me to Your Heart," was released on October 26, 2003 and was an adaptation of the famous Chinese hit "Goodbye Kiss" by Jacky Cheung. The original song name is "吻别" ("Wen Bie").
