Buddy (June 23, 1988 - February 10, 1998) was an American dog actor.

Death

Buddy died on February 10, 1998 due to lung cancer.[1]

Legacy

Buddy was well known for playing Comet the dog in the television sitcom Full House; he began acting the year after he was born. He acted in the show from 1989 to 1995.

Buddy was also well-known for his stardom in the Air Bud [2] series for the role of Buddy, a dog abandoned by his previous owner. In the movie, he moved in with a boy named Josh who was depressed due to the death of his father. The movie was released in 1997. And he was on the Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards, where he was nominated for a Blimp Award for the movie. The movie Air Bud: Golden Receiver was made in his memory.
