Completing nomination on behalf of 222.152.182.43, who posted an AFD tag on the article's talk page. Their rationale is included verbatim below. The relevant notability criteria would appear to be WP:FILMMAKER. I will note, however, that foreign language sources are acceptable, subject to verification - but that they must still be of sufficient quality to meet the requirements of WP:RS; I cannot tell whether or not that is the case here. I nominate this page for deletion. The person isnt noteworthy, the article is terribly written by the guy himself, he has listed all his films on IMDB and used bots to rate them, none have any reviews,plot outlines or anything to independantly verify they even exist. The links shown on this article are all dead/lead to foreign language sites/his myspace page. Keep - User : 222.152.182.43 must be proved with evidence. There's enough coverage in reliable sources to meet the WP:GNG, and enough content to establish a good section. Comment - I would like to hear which of these sources Promper29 thinks are RS. From what I see, most are IMDb links (which is not an RS on Wikipedia), film distributor listings (not independent), or minor festival listings (neither independent nor significant). There are a few interviews on blog-like horror film fan sites which are of dubious status. Other citations that look like they may be RS (like to TimeOut Tokyo or Cinema Today) are all dead. The problem is, since I cannot find the Japanese for Kasai's name (and I've tried a bunch of searches), I cannot find any coverage whatsoever on him or his films in Japan.
