Basketball Wives LA is an American reality television series that premiered on August 29, 2011, on VH1.[1] The series follows the lives of a group of women who have all been somehow romantically linked to professional basketball players.[2] The show is filmed in Los Angeles, California and is a spinoff of Basketball Wives. On July 16, 2012, VH1 announced that that Brooke Bailey, and Bambi Benson, would be joining the cast for season two. Brooke Bailey has been romantically linked with basketball player, Rashard Lewis.[3][4][5]
