Set in the city of Chicago, whose downtown loop area acted as the setting for most of the show, the show premiered March 15, 2006 on the Fox Network. The show's theme song is "Hockey Monkey" by James Kochalka Superstar and the Zambonis. The show was renewed for a second season on May 12 by Fox [1]. It was announced that for the second season, almost all of the show will take place in the workplace, and less of it with Sam's friends.
