Rayamajhi (Nepali:रायमाझी) is a predominant Chhetri. They belong to the Kashyap kaushik Gotra. Most of the people from this cast Reside in Nepal stretching from the north to the south.

The famous name in the Rayamajhi's is the name of Colonel Gambhir Singh Rayamajhi who has been quoted around the world for his bravery and battling skills.
