Ovid Tzeng (Chinese: 曾志朗; pinyin: Zēng Zhìlǎng; Wade–Giles: Tseng Chih-lang) is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the Minister of Council for Cultural Affairs in 2011–2012 and Minister of Education in 2000–2002.[1]

Ovid Tzeng born in Kaohsiung Qishan while Japanese rule,his father was a baker. he went to Japan to learn as an apprentice, return back to Taiwan after the World War II,open the Wanshou park bakery(kanji:萬壽園糕餅店) in Qishan.married Hong Lanhas 1 child(Kanji:洪蘭)
