@Kailam Frostick: Are the links to your wrestling page? If so, then it won't help: a fan page isn't a reliable source, much less one on an unrelated topic. If you have links to newspaper or magazine articles, then yes, they may be helpful. —C.Fred (talk) 19:10, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

@Kailam Frostick: If you have a scan of the news articles, that's potentially usable, but sometimes it's taken with a grain of salt because of risk of manipulation. Better to provide a link directly to the article. —C.Fred (talk) 19:32, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

The article about OnBeat! was apparently a complete fabrication. There were no sources to verify any of the claims made about the TV show. If you're referring to the Kailam frostick article, it's because there was no assertion of significance or importance. Not every wrestler in every promotion is notable; there are criteria for inclusion. @TheVictorCrowley: It's not just the verbiage. You've got to bring in new sources and a new claim of significance. And...well, yes, you did. An editor had not only attempted to create the article before, but he had used multiple accounts in an attempt to keep it up. @C.Fred Well I spent all night writing it over and that jytdog guy immediately flagged it for deletion. I'm not sure what his problem is? I read the guidelines and it's a valid article. This is all so weirdTheVictorCrowley (talk) 04:17, 20 March 2016 (UTC)

And after all that, a completely new article. 100 revisions by ANOTHER wiki editor. Jytdog still flagged the article and ran a campaign to get it deleted. I'm not sure what he has against Craig Walendziak. But the article was sourced by the LA Times, Variety, New York Times, etc. Had no self promotion in it, and no COI? @Adamandrewstraton: Start by providing reliable sources. Show where he gotten substantial coverage in independent sources like magazines and newspapers. Show that he's gotten coverage and is a significant or important artist (see WP:ARTIST and WP:BIO for guidance on the notability criteria).

David Anders wiki image

Hey there! I'd like to apologize for initially using a pic from another site for Mr. Anders' info box. I was on a mobile device at a time, and hurriedly uploaded it and checked off the boxes without thinking. I've never really edited on wiki before, usually just fan wikias. I made an account just to upload an image, because he asked for his Twitter followers to do it as a favor. It's the second photo down, the tweet with the 'Go Ducks' caption. He also retweeted a screencap of the page with the current image. Wiki editing clearly isn't my strong suit, I wasn't sure how to verify the license myself... whether or not sure if a simple link is enough. I uploaded it as my own, but I won't argue the fact it doesn't belong to me. I recognize how it was improper, and again, I apologize. I didn't intend to make your editing duties more difficult, I realize you take the time out of your own day to maintain pages. I only really made this account to change the image for Mr. Anders, and I don't really have plans to edit much of anything in the future. Suffice to say I'm sorry for any stress I've caused, but it shan't happen again in the future.

That said I'm not sure if it has a owner. Anders posted the picture, but I'm not sure who was the one who took the shot itself. You can find the tweet in which he posted it here, and the screencap of the page that he retweeted is the most recent thing on his feed.

Some users are keep trying to defame Sujit Meher article and requesting for deletion as a self promoted article. Please kindly go though the link, he has been listed among those top 10 alumni of NIFT itself, and even it published in NIFT official website too. How can it be a self promoted article, where its alma mater itself is saying he is in the list of those few respectable alumni of NIFT. So no need of any deletion request or debate on this particular article. Please i request you kindly protect such article, where people keep trying to defame such public figure articles. Even you can see all national media links and sources are prominently given. Please i request you to take care of the issue and protect this article. Thanks you.
