Agabar is a sizeable town part of Woqooyi Galbeed region of Somaliland. It is located in the northern side of Gabiley District.[1]

It's an agricultural town and it's known to be a beautiful place with rich arable land, abundance of water and with mountainous area's. The small town has a booming population and most of it's residents are primarily farmers.

Demographics

The total population of Agabar is 6,547 and is primarily inhabited by people from the Somali ethnic group, with Bahabar Adan sub-clan of Jibril Abokor sub-division of the Habr Awal are the traditional owners of this town. [1]
