Behind The Cove is a documentary film directed and produced by Keiko Yagi, released in 2015.[1][2][3][4]

It is the first film in response to the the Academy Award winning 2009 anti-whaling documentary film The Cove, and seeks to show the views of both sides of the international whaling debate, particularly focusing on the town of Taiji, Japan.[5]

Reception

The film received a large response from media outlets around the world, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, and The Japan Times.[6]
