no clear evidence of notability. Based on Google translation of the references, there are no substantial sources, just various publicity and press releases. The article really needs some improvements and in some sentences it lacks of grammar accuracy. Nevertheless, the person described in the article is quite significant and famous in business and civic sphere in Ukraine and Europe. That’s why it’s notability, to my mind, shouldn’t be questioned. For example, the pages about Vasyl Stolyar or Leonid Komskyi have no more notability than the discussed article, but they are published on Wikipedia.
