Beacon Street is a long and famous street in Boston, Massachusetts. From its start in the western suburbs, Beacon Street winds its way through Newton, MA, passes by Boston College, where it meets Cleveland Circle, and then follows a northeasterly slant through Brookline, MA up to Kenmore Square, skirting Fenway Park and then through the Back Bay and Beacon Hill where the street ends at the corner of Park St in front of the Massachusetts State House. A smaller street, known as "upper Beacon," lies in the Financial District of Boston.
