Eastern Europe

From time to time you would appear on my user page insisting that Georgia is actually part of Europe. This, needless to say, appears an odd position to take and is indeed puzzling to any knowledgeable geographer or navigator. I'm wondering if, several years later, you have been able to sort out whether or not Georgia (situated between Turkey and Russia) is actually part of the Caucusus (as stated in Wikipedia), or do you, like many English persons, continue to see Georgia as part of Europe? Santamoly (talk) 23:05, 28 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The above posting is a clear breach of the topic ban at User talk:Santamoly#Notice that you are now subject to an arbitration enforcement sanction.-- Toddy1 (talk) 23:31, 28 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Faizabad district/division

While I understand your rationale behind this edit summary, letting a phrase like "officially XYZ" has the potential of a snow ball effect. I mean, in every article we'll have things like "XYZ is a place near Ayodhya, which is in the Faizabad district (officially Ayodhya district) in the Faizabad division (officially Ayodhya division) and has direct connectivity to ABC town in Allahabad district (officially Prayagraj district....)".. Too many extra info in the brackets. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 11:46, 8 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits are promotional

Plz refer [[1]]. It seems like you are in favour of maintaining the tag line "Experience. Truth First" in the header in page NDTV, and at one occasion you have reverted the deletion of tag line "Experience. Truth First" in the header in page NDTV However purpose of any tag line of any organization is to promote its brand. And promotions are not be allowed on wiki page. newslinger you would like to go through this talk on NDTV page. Yours opinion requested45.124.142.19 (talk) 10:07, 20 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

One has to love the way that people who would like us to believe that they are new editors seem to know things like {{u|newslinger}}, can cite lots of policies (sometimes correctly), and even know which admins to ask for.
Stating the organisation's slogan is not promotional. It is simply a matter of stating facts about the organisation.11:29, 20 December 2020 (UTC)-- Toddy1 (talk)
45.124.142.19 is obviously an indeffed user evading their block. Blocked as such by RegentsPark. Bishonen | tålk 16:04, 20 December 2020 (UTC).[reply]
