Here are listed mobile phones which have (substantially) open source code and/or open hardware:

Criteria

This list only includes phones that run 100% free software on their main CPUs.

Android- and webOS-based devices do not appear on this list because they use operating systems with proprietary components. Nonetheless, all of these phones have proprietary GSM module firmware.
