18 Greatest Hits is a compilation album by American recording artist Michael Jackson, credited to Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5. Released solely in the United Kingdom, it became Jackson's second number one on the UK Albums Chart (right behind Thriller), spending three weeks at the summit.
