The 2007 Gaz de France Budapest Grand Prix was a WTA Tour tennis event held on April 21–29, 2007, won by Gisela Dulko.

Both Dulko and Cîrstea were playing in their first final on the WTA Tour, with Dulko coming through in 3 sets.

Note: Olga Savchuk, seeded first, was given a lucky loser spot in the main draw. Despite losing Sorana Cîrstea, Savchuk made the quarterfinals of the main draw as a lucky loser, beating qualifier Lucie Hradecká, and then the number one seed, Tathiana Garbin, by walkover, before losing to Gisela Dulko.
