The 2011 Surinamese Hoofdklasse and Eerste Klasse playoffs will be a home-away aggregate playoff series between the 9th-place Hoofdklasse club of the 2010–11 season, and the winner of the #2 vs. #3 playoff of the 2010–11 Eerste Klasse play-off.
Should the 9th-place Hoofdklasse club win the series, they will remain in the Hoofdklasse for the 2011–12 season; likewise the Eerste Klasse club will remain in the second tier for the next season. However, should the Eerste Klasse club win, they will be promoted to the Hoofdklasse next season, while the Hoofdklasse club will be relegated.
