The 2014 Internazionali BNL d'Italia – Men's Singles was the main men's event of the 2014 Internazionali BNL d'Italia tennis tournament played in Rome, Italy from 11 May through 18 May 2014.

Rafael Nadal was the two-time defending champion,[1][2] but lost to Novak Djokovic in the final, 6–4, 3–6, 3–6.
