The legislative assembly election in the Indian state of Rajasthan was held on 7 December 2018 to elect members of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly.[1] The election was held in single phase, but with voting in the single constituency of Ramgarh delayed until January due to the death of the Bahujan Samaj Party candidate.[2]

Indian National Congress became the single largest party and Rashtriya Loktantrik Party became the third-largest party of the state in 2018. In the last elections in 2013, BJP had won a majority.
