The 2019 Mutua Madrid Open is a professional tennis tournament to be played on outdoor clay courts at the Park Manzanares in Madrid, Spain from 3 May–12 May 2019. It will be the 18th edition of the event on the ATP World Tour and 11th on the WTA Tour. It is classified as an ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event on the 2019 ATP World Tour and a Premier Mandatory event on the 2019 WTA Tour.[1][2] This event will be the final professional tennis tournament for Spanish player David Ferrer, who received a wildcard into the singles draw.
