The 38th SS Division "Nibelungen" (German: 38. SS-Panzergrenadier-Division "Nibelungen")was a Waffen-SS formation of Nazi Germany during World War II. It was formed in March 1945 from the staff and trainees of the SS-Junkerschule (SS training camp) at Bad Tölz, and named after the Nibelung family of German legend.[1]
