Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Polymorphic recursion, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Haskell (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Nengo

In response to your diff here, two small steps have been taken.

 1. The Nengo redirect page has been converted into a disambiguation page; and
 2. A stub article about a Neural Engineering Object has been drafted.

It is possible that the notability of this subject may be challenged? --Enkyo2 (talk) 01:58, 24 August 2013 (UTC)

-- Thanks Enkyo, have some experts in the nengo community adding many notability elements. Pdecalculus (talk) 17:12, 26 August 2013 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for December 2

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Recursion, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Brockman (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Posts on the talk page

Please, do not put your posts at the top of talk page, as you did in Talk:Operator (mathematics). WP:TOPPOST and WP:TALKNEW clearly state that the new threads must be at the bottom of the talk pages. This is easily done by using the "New section" button that appear at the top of each talk page. D.Lazard (talk) 16:41, 6 January 2014 (UTC)

OK, got it, thanks! Pdecalculus (talk) 17:38, 20 January 2014 (UTC)

Misery

I just reverted your edit to Misery, not because there was anything wrong with the information itself, but because disambiguation pages are meant only to have links to articles that have that name. Their purpose is to help the user find the right page as quickly as possible hence we keep them clear of as much superfluous information as possible, just enough to identify the subject the link goes to. There is no reason why you shouldn't start a stub article but a more suitable place for the information might be our sister project Wiktionary:. The info you added seems mainly to be etymology which is a better fit for a dictionary. SpinningSpark 16:52, 22 February 2014 (UTC)

OK if this is going to be your MO I'll start reverting your edits too, not that you do many!~~
Guy, I'm not trying to start a fight with you. I looked at your history because the Mems issue has become spread over several pages and that was the quickest way of seeing if you posted on any of the other pages. I happened to see that you had misunderstood dab pages, corrected it, and tried to give you some helpful advice. Sorry that you have taken that the wrong way.
As for me not making many edits, not wishing to turn this into a dick measuring contest, I have made 44,000 edits, half of them to article space and including a string of featured articles (featured on the front page) written by me from scratch. Here are your statistics for comparison.
Please do not start reverting my edits for spite. That is disruption to make a point and could lead to serious consequences. SpinningSpark 18:41, 22 February 2014 (UTC)
