Benjamin Brooks (born April 23, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 10.[1]

Brooks is a member of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, and has been serving as its 2nd Vice-chair from 2018 to 2020.
