The 2020–21 Qatari League, also known as Qatar Stars League or QNB Stars League for sponsorship reasons, is the 47th edition of top level football championship in Qatar. Al-Duhail are the defending champions.

On 7 January 2021, Al-Sadd has secured their place of joining the 2021–22 Qatar Stars League (the league of the following season).
