Statilia apicalis is a far-ranging species of mantis found in Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

Its range includes Australia, New Guinea, New Caledonia, India, Sulawesi, China, Sumba, Timor, the Philippines, Ghana, Guinea, and the Congo River area.[1]
