Nikolay Milkov

Nikolay Milkov (born 10 December 1957 in Sofia, Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian diplomat and politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2 August 2022 to 3 May 2023.[1][2] Prior to his appointment he was previously the Bulgarian Ambassador to France.[3] He had also served as the Ambassador to Canada and Romania.[4]
