Kishkur Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in Kishkur District of Sarbaz County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Raisabad.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 10,147 in 2,165 households, when it was a part of the former Sarbaz District.[4] There were 10,513 inhabitants in 2,363 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,276 in 2,984 households. The largest of its 58 villages was Hajjiabad, with 1,792 people.[2]

After the census, the rural district was elevated to the status of a district and divided into two rural districts.[3]
