Bala Joveyn Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in the Central District of Joveyn County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Joveyn District of Sabzevar County) was 17,090 in 4,272 households.[3] There were 18,004 inhabitants in 5,031 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Joveyn County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 17,536 in 5,350 households. The largest of its 47 villages was Razi, with 4,250 people.[2]
