Caffarelli Island is located in the Buccaneer Archipelago, off the Kimberley coast of Western Australia. It is the northwestern-most of the islands in the archipelago.[1] Nearby islands include Cleft Island and Bathurst Island.

Caffarelli Island Lighthouse is an unmanned light at the west end of the island. It was established in 1967, and is a 6m-tall, white round metal tower, that sits on the 68 m summit of the island.[2][1]
