The Diocese of Bomadi (Template:Lang-la) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical jurisdiction or diocese of the Catholic Church in Nigeria. Its episcopal see is Bomadi, Delta State. The diocese is a suffragan in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Benin City.
