Duke of Maqueda (Template:Lang-es) is a hereditary title in the Peerage of Spain, accompanied by the dignity of Grandee and granted in 1529 by Charles I to Diego de Cárdenas, 2nd Lord of Maqueda and adelantado of the Kingdom of Granada.[2][3]

The title makes reference to the town of Maqueda in Toledo.
