Goldasht District (Persian: بخش گلدشت) is in Gomishan County, Golestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as a part of the former Gomishan District of Torkaman County) was 29,436 in 5,940 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 30,900 people in 7,150 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Gomishan County.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 34,021 inhabitants in 9,025 households.[2]
