The University of Rhode Island Rams are carried on a commercial network as well as the university's own radio station. On the commercial network, there are 3 stations: the A.M. flagship, an F.M. co-flagship and an F.M. affiliate in the southern end of the state. One of the announcers is Steve McDonald of WHJJ, and Jim Norman was a longtime "Voice of the URI Rams".[1]
