Kowalewo [kɔvaˈlɛvɔ] (German: Grünhagen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szubin, within Nakło County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Szubin, 22 km (14 mi) south-east of Nakło nad Notecią, and 25 km (16 mi) south-west of Bydgoszcz.

The village has a population of 613.
