Compsolechia aequilibris is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Meyrick in 1931. It is found in Brazil.[1]

The wingspan is about 17 mm. The forewings are dark fuscous irrorated whitish with small whitish spots on the costa, at the middle and three-fourths. The hindwings are dark grey.[2]
