Scaphiodontophis annulatus, commonly known as the Guatemala neckband snake, is a snake of the colubrid family.
Geographic distribution
The snake is found in the states of Yucatán and Puebla of Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and possibly Panama.[2]

There are four recognized subspecies:[2]
- Scaphiodontophis annulatus annulatus (Duméril, Bibron & Duméril, 1854)
- Scaphiodontophis annulatus dugandi Henderson, 1984
- Scaphiodontophis annulatus hondurensis (Schmidt, 1936)
- Scaphiodontophis annulatus nothus Taylor & Smith, 1943
