Skin the Living is the first demo/album by American death metal band Jungle Rot. It was originally self-released in 1995 as a demo. In 1996, Pure Death Records reissued the album as Jungle Rot's first full length. In 2013, Victory Records remastered and reissued the album again, this time also on vinyl.[1]

The song "Demon Souls" was re-recorded for the album Fueled By Hate as "More Demon Souls" in 2004. The songs "Killing Spree" and "Decapitated" were re-recorded for the Warzone album in 2006. The song "Black Candle Mass" was re-recorded for the What Horrors Await album in 2009.
