The 1927 Pacific Tigers football team represented the College of the Pacific (COP)[note 1] during the 1927 college football season.
COP competed in the Far Western Conference (FWC).[note 2] The team was led by seventh-year head coach Erwin Righter, and played home games at a field on campus in Stockton, California. The team finished with two wins and six losses (2–6, 1–4 FWC). Overall, the Tigers were outscored by their opponents 61–148 for the season.
