The 2010 Eastern Illinois Panthers football team represented Eastern Illinois University in the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Panthers were led by long-time head coach Bob Spoo and played their home games at O'Brien Stadium. It was Spoo’s second to last season as head coach of the Panthers. They were a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. Eastern Illinois finished the season 2–9, and 2–6 in OVC play to finish in seventh place.[1]
