Hisao Ishibuchi from the Osaka Prefecture University, Osaka, Japan, was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014[1] for contributions to evolutionary multiobjective optimization and fuzzy rule-based classifier design.
