Tarnowa [tarˈnɔva] (‹See Tfd›German: Tarnowo)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rakoniewice, within Grodzisk Wielkopolski County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[2] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Rakoniewice, 16 km (10 mi) south of Grodzisk Wielkopolski, and 55 km (34 mi) south-west of the regional capital Poznań.
