Cristina Bucșa (born 1 January 1998) is a Moldovan-born Spanish tennis player.
She has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 164, as of November 2019. She also has a career high doubles ranking of No. 157, as of May 2019.
Bucșa won her first major ITF title at the 2018 L'Open 35 de Saint-Malo in the doubles draw, partnering María Fernanda Herazo.
Personal life and background
Currently coached by Ion Bucsa (Father). Trains and lives in Cantabria, Spain. Hobbies include reading books and enjoying walks through nature. Idolizes Serena Williams and Kim Clijsters. Favorite surface to play on is grass.[1]
