Frank Joseph McLaughlin (born in 1960) is a Canadian sailor. Frank was a three time Canadian under 19 Youth Champion and placed 8,9 and 5th in the World Youth Championships from 1977 to 1979. He won the International 14 World Championship in 1981 with John Millen in Annapolis Maryland. He won a bronze medal in the Flying Dutchman Class at the 1988 Summer Olympics with John Millen. He also finished 9th in the same category at the 1992 Summer Olympics and 15th at the 1984 Summer Olympics in the 470 class with Martin Tenhove. Frank and Martin won a bronze medal in the 470 class at the 1983 Pan American Games in Caracas Venezuela.
