The 1981 Australian Masters was a professional invitational snooker tournament which took place in June 1981. The tournament was held at Tattersalls Club in Sydney, Australia between 25 June and 27 June 1981.

Only two players, eighteenth-ranked Tony Meo and world number fourteen John Spencer, both of England, competed in the event. Meo won his first title as a professional by defeating Spencer over three frames in the final.[2] The winning aggregate score is unknown.
