  • James del Piano – immigration, shipping, real estate, timber – president of the Western Australian Italian Club (1947–1965) – City of Perth councillor for ten years, including two years as Deputy Lord Mayor
  • Ben Dollisson - first Italian Australian to start a skippering business. Its niche but it's what I'm running with. (Quoted by Ben Dollisson himself, August 22, 2019).
  • Franco Cozzo - well renowned furniture store owner who emigrated to Australia from Sicily in the 1950s. Most well known for his appearance in a low budget tv advertisement in the 1980s
