DZRR-FM (pronounced as DZ-double-R; 103.1 MHz) is a commercial radio station owned and operated by the ABS-CBN Corporation at Baguio City. The station is one of the 16 My Only Radio FM stations managed under the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group division, which was founded on July 14, 2001 in the Philippines. MOR was launched on August 1, 1989 in Baguio as RR Radio Romance, which was the first nationwide satellite broadcast until 1995. It broadcasts throughout Northern Luzon and Cagayan Valley; as well as Central Luzon. The studio is located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, #59 First Road, Quezon Hill Proper, Baguio City. Its transmitter is located atop Mt. Sto. Tomas, Tuba, Benguet.

On May 12, 2012, MOR Baguio reformatted from B-C-D into a C-D-E station thus removing all of its programs except for The Weekend Top 20 and TV Patrol North Luzon on MOR. On September 1, 2014, they again changed their programs' name synchronous with other regional MOR Stations. Recently, it expanded since 2016 into Santiago City by putting up DWBA 91.3 MHz as its simulcast outlet.

On June 1, 2019, MOR 101.9 Manila, MOR 103.1 Baguio & MOR 97.1 Cebu live streaming is seen on Sky Cable (in Metro Manila (including CAMANAVA), Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and Lipa, Batangas) on Channel 239 (video streaming) replacing Sony Channel, also seen on Channel 240 (MOR Cebu audio streaming) & Channel 241 (MOR Baguio audio streaming).
