Charlton Debono (born 11 August 1984)[1] is a Maltese long-distance runner.

In 2018, he competed in the men's half marathon at the 2018 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships held in Valencia, Spain.[2] He finished in 130th place.[2] In 2020, he competed in the men's race at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland.[3]
