Phrynobatrachus dalcqi is a species of frogs in the family Phrynobatrachidae.

It is endemic to Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, swampland, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
