AMP Technologies (Asset Management Platform Technologies) is a cloud-based real estate asset management platform headquartered at Mountain View, California with corporate office at Chennai, India.[1] It provides a software platform to estate asset managers to analyze critical investment performance.[1][2] It was founded by Sabeer Bhatia, the creator of Hotmail and Neel Naicker, the present CEO of the company, in 2010.[3]

This company shuttered its doors in 2015. Due to unethical practices by the CEO resulting in unpaid contracts and unpaid employees, The Chennai office was closed, after contractors seized property. The San Ramon office also closed after all employees, including the CEO's girlfriend chose to no longer tolerate his behavior.
